BUILD TIME

Each MIDIMINI_4 is hand-built to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from order date for your device to be assembled, tested, and shipped.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME

US shipping takes 3-5 business days via tracked USPS or UPS Ground once your order ships. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3-5 weeks.

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact hi@midimini.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

If you notice a typo within 24 hours of placing your order, email us immediately - if we haven't started building yet, we can update it.
