Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. All items must include the original device and instruction card.

To start a return, email hi@midimini.shop with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage - in those cases, we cover shipping both ways.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your MIDIMINI_4 arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months, email us with a description and photos or video of the issue. We'll replace the unit or refund in full at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

Since every MIDIMINI_4 is hand-built to order, the fastest way to get a different shell color is to return your current device and place a new order once the return is accepted.
