SHIPPING

Every MIDIMINI_4 is hand-built to order. Here's what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Build time

Each device is printed, soldered, assembled, flashed, and tested before it ships. Please allow 2-4 weeks from order to shipment. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your device ships.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is coming soon - join our mailing list for updates.

Delivery time

US shipping takes 3-5 business days via tracked USPS or UPS Ground once your order ships. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3-5 weeks.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. If you don't see it in your inbox within 2-4 weeks, check your spam folder or email us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice a typo within 24 hours of placing the order, email us immediately - if we haven't started building yet, we can update it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and either replace the device or refund you in full.

RETURNS

We want you to love your MIDIMINI_4. If something's not right, here's how to fix it.

Return window

You can return your device within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the instruction card included.

How to start a return

Email hi@midimini.shop with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

For standard returns (changed your mind, wrong color, etc.) - the buyer pays return shipping.

For defective or damaged items - we cover shipping both ways, plus a full refund or free replacement at your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different shell color is to return your current device and place a new order once we confirm the return. Since every unit is hand-built to order, direct swaps take longer than a fresh order.

WARRANTY

Every MIDIMINI_4 comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What's covered

  • Buttons or encoders that stop working under normal use
  • USB or TRS ports that fail
  • LEDs that burn out (button indicators or power LED)
  • Firmware issues that can't be resolved with a re-flash
  • Shell defects (splits, delamination) under normal handling

What's not covered

  • Damage from drops, liquid, or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, fingerprints)
  • Damage from using non-standard power sources or modified cables
  • Modifications made by the owner

How to claim

Email hi@midimini.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video or photos showing the problem. We'll respond within one business day. If the issue is covered, we'll send a prepaid return label and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Cracked shell

Drops happen. If your shell cracks outside of warranty coverage, email us — we'll print and ship a new one at cost ($12 + shipping). Installation takes 5 minutes and doesn't void your warranty.

Firmware updates

Free, through the browser editor.
